Rewards suprice on your app from Vodacom before the weekend. Rented a vehicle on the app and from Bidvest over the weekend for 4 days. R1128 returned it earlier and get slammed by bigger surprice from Bidvest Car Hire R3840. Not so nice rewards from Bidvest and there partner Vodacom.

On renting the vehicle i was given the documentation and told there is chipc on bonnet. Never was i helped at the car to inspect the vehicle. On returning on Sunday the person receiving the vehicle was not at all in the mood of beeiing friendly or helpful. Took my keys from me and not said was anything wrong or something to report. Not a word he spoke to me and i had to ask HIM if i can leave or does he want to check the vehicle. I rent cars often and this was the worst service by any company i have received. I have rented from Bidvest in Cape town and George brfore and the people are friendly and helpful not OR TAmbo the just do you this huge favor to be there.

So after getting chargesd 3 times a quoted price from who ever and then getting this service it will be the last time you see me at your counters by any rental office. Sorry will go back to the best CAr rental Provider in SA. AVIS
