TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My husband had to catch a flight to PE from Dbn to attend the funeral of his father in Grahamstown. We googled car hire and Bidvest came ip as the most afforable. In the whole description and and and it gives NO CLEAR INFORMATION as to the what to haves except what i saw saying to hire you need your drivers licence and ID!!!! We then did a preliminary booking having to pay R84 deposit. I then after MUCH SEARCHING managed to get a phone number and called last night 8/3/2021 to bivest car hire in PE and asked about what it is that is needed on arrival etc and was told by the call centre agent that my husband must go to the desk on his arrival and they will explain!!!!! What **** is that!!! My husband got there and was told we need your credit card with R4500 and and and???????? My husband drew the cash and they didnt want the cash they wanted him to deposit it onto his credit card??? He doesnt know how to do that and nor do I for that matter. What **** is that!!!!!! The least that they could have done was to explain on the app or telephone what is needed and this could have been done PRIOR TO HIM GETTING THERE!!!!!! I AM SO FUMING MAD AND HES VERY EMBARRASSED. I WANT THAT R84 BACK!!!!! THANK GOD we managed to get a family member to fetch him....terrible terrible service.
