Still not refunded and really unacceptable service
I arranged with Budget to supply me with a specific Car \A3 Cabriolet"for 31 Jan 2015 and I was told that I have to pay R 20 000.00 deposit"

Your query should be addressed with the previous operator of the Budget brand, which is Bidvest Car Rental. As of the 1st of March, Bidvest ceased to operate Budget Car Rental brand and changed their car rental brand to Bidvest Car Rental.
