Shocking service
Collected a rental car on 3/12/2015. The car was dirty - not washed or vacuumed in who knows how long. The collection service was equally shocking. Arranged for them to pick car up at 10:00. This only happend much later.

This is absolutely not what we are about. The matter has been escalated to our Area Manager responsible for Krugersdorp and will be investigated thoroughly to ensure corrective action is taken.
