In March 2016 a combi collided with the REAR of the hired vehicle from Bidvest while the hired vehicle was STATIONARY. I had made numerous attempts for recovery of the excess paid to Bidvest - they had deducted the funds from my credit card. I have paid R22000 in total via my credit card to Bidvest Car Hire. I have recently learned that the excess was indeed recovered but have not received the money as yet. This may be regarded as very very poor service to customers.

Bidvest Car Hire - has IGNORED numerous requests to uphold their responsibility.
