Ridiculous Bidvest car rental rates

I hired a car on the 25 June 2021 and on the 16 October 2020 respectively, same car and same group. To my surprise I have realized that your rates have gone up by149% in less than a year. In October 2020 the daily rate was R148 and now in June 2021 the daily rate is R369

How is this rate increase justifiable and what causes such a huge difference? in such a short space of time.
