REFUSE TO RETURN MY MONEY TAKEN AS A DEPOSIT

I hired a car and i dont know if BIDVEST AND CAPITEC are busy ******** people of their hard earned money they keep on sending me from pillar to post and really now im tired first person said i will be paid back my R8330,14 within 14 days and its been too long nothing from them and im really ****ed off. They know exactly that CAPITEC so called credit card is not a credit car its a debit card they then said CAPITEC need to pay me that amount so that they will refund me but up to today nothing. ***** between these two companies ****es me off
