refund of deposit

on the 31/12/2014 the rented car, i had from budget, had been scratched accidently by my brother in law while the car was parked in his driveway which we reported immediately to the police and budget rent a car and his insurance was to settle the account.As budget rent a car and my brother in law have already received there vehicles back and budget is already making money by renting the car out for business surely i am entitled for them to pay me my deposit of R1950 to my account as this has now been dragging on for 5 months.After numerous telephone calls to budget they refuse to pay over the money they ow me <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Budget Rent A Car to Bidvest Car Rental by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
