Poor service

Hired a car for a month at Bidvest with my premier cheque card went to start a new contract on the 2nd of April they paid the deposit and the extension funds into my account which was an amount of R13200 they deducted the money again which left my account into a minus of 13K when I called them they gave me a run around when I call them they don’t know what to say I’m sitting with an account that’s in a minus I can’t do anything it’s frustrating and unprofessional
