Poor service and *********** employee

I had a very bad customer service experience after a rented car had a breakdown.

I felt frustrated and inconvenienced with no feedback/communicatio after reporting the incident. I almost missed my flight due to *********** empleyee by the name of Sibusiso from OR Tambo Bidvest CarRental.

Will never use them again
