Poor service and dishonesty. Its a week later and I still did not get all the answers I were looking for.

Bidvest was suppose to deliver a car to the pannelbeater where my wifes car went for repairs. They asked if they can be there at 9:00 and my wife agreed. They came at 10:00 without calling her to say they will be late. On the Friday my wife called and asked if they can collect the ca6 at 14:30. Not calling to apologise that they will late. When my wife called they said they will be there when they have drivers. After I called they arived at 16:00. Not appologising and not inspecting the car. My wife filled up the car and made a copy of the slip and gave the original slip to the person collecting the car. Now the slip is missing and they charged me R188 for petrol. On their slip the car regestration appears but doesnt mean the petrol was put in that vehicle. My wife put R175.50 petrol and they put R188.00. How is this possible. My wife drove just over 300km and with the petrol my wife put in and with theirs its R363.50. They refunded me but this is ***** and I want answers. I will never use them again and made this very clear to my ensurance broker. I will also take legal actions and open a case for *****. My credibility is at stake and I will not allow them to discredit me.
