Please help
Good day I dealership assisted me with hiring a car from you guys RB43263G01 the guy at you branch said I have to bring the car back on 3 June 2015, but I check with the service manager at fury northcliff he say I must keep the car until my car at the dealership is ready, the reason for this post I want to know who is right when is the car due back to yourll I not prepared to pay any cost as I was told by vw that they will take care of the cost, I have a email from the manager at the dealership saying I must keep the car until they are done with mine just want to make sure of this

We are a little confused as to why you would use this platform to enquire about the return date of your vehicle. We can however confirm that the person responsible for payment of the rental determines when the vehicle should be returned.
In this instance VW South Africa have issued us with a guarantee of payment until the 3rd of June at 18h00 and any change to this date would have to be arranged with the Dealership.
We understand your predicament and would love to extend the rental but without any form of payment guarantee, the vehicle will have to be returned as contractually arranged and we cannot take any responsibility for the dispute you may have with the Dealership. Kindly contact the Randburg Branch for any further queries and they will assist as best they possibly can.
