PLEASE DEFINE FULL OR FULL TO CAPACITY ..!!
DROPPED OFF RENTAL CAR AT PANEL BEATER.FILLED CAR TO FIRST CLICK AT NEARBY GARAGE.GOT BILLED FOR EXTRA FUEL WHICH THEIR DRIVER PUT IN.THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A COLLECTION FEE AS WAS NOT AWARE OF SUCH A CHARGE.THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN TO ME THAT THE CAR ( A POLO VIVO )<br> CAN TAKE EXTRA CAPACITY WHEN REFUELING.HOW DO I AS A CONSUMER OF THEIR SERVICE KNOW THE SPECIFICS OF THE CAR IF I AM NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FUEL TANK ON THAT SPECIFIC CAR.<br> AFTER ALL FULL IS FULL.DID I MEASURE THE TANK BEFORE TAKING THE CAR....NO !AT NO POINT DID ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL AND FILLED TO CAPACITY.IT IS A MATTER OF PRINCIPLE TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER OF SUCH A FACT.THANK YOU.

We do apologise that you may not have been given an in depth explanation of the process but as we fill vehicles exactly the same way before a rental as we do once a rental is returned, we can assure you that you are being billed for the actual fuel used only.
There is no other way to determine whether a vehicle is full other than by filling it and it is our responsibility to provide you with a vehicle that is filled to capacity before your rental commences. Had we accepted your advice on return, the next renter would have been billed for 12 litres of fuel he/she did not consume.
Your custom is highly valued and we thank you for giving us this opportunity to assist with an explanation.
