Pathetic Service Rendered _A|_ Refund

Good Day,<br> <br> It with such sadness that I have to endure the pain of writing these complaint to you regarding the pathetic service your Randburg Branch has offered myself and my wife. We rented a car from your company in July 2015, a holding deposit of R1500.00 was debited from my card, the amount was returned before the end of July 2015 prior to the car being returned as the insurance was still awaiting parts for the vehicle to be fixed. In the month of August another transaction of R1500.00 was debited by Bidvest which I clearly understood as it was for the second month we have the car. We returned the rental vehicle on the 05.09.15 and assured that the amount will be returned to us with 7 working days. On the 09.09.15 an amount of R583.20 was debited from my account which my wife called and Gugu confirmed it was for the fuel and extra e toll cost, my wife also confirmed with Gugu that the R1500.00 will be returned and no deduction will be done as we already paid for the account these was agreed. On Monday 14.09.15 I spoke to Norman who claimed the amount was paid back which I disagreed as doesn't appear on my bank statement. He promised to call me back still waiting 3 days later.<br> <br>
