Pathetic service and useless customer care
Booked a car through them, arrived and waited at counter for 30min before anybody arrived to help me, she was drinking coffee and left the place alone. i was explained about the top ups at R99.00 for duration of the rental. i agreed and signed. when i received my invoice i was invoiced at R99.00 per day. i phoned them and they said it is correct. then to get hold of management i was in a ping pong game between the lady at the phone and customer care. Please fire the customer care as she does not seem to care at all. simply defending their incompetence. I do understand i should have read the contract but it was an early morning and i was still half asleep so made the mistake of trusting the ladies word. big mistake. i received no help or apology just rudeness. Please have your staff learn the contracts. will never use your service again. all i was told is to read contracts before i sign, i have still not been able to get hold of management. fire the *********** people and hire people that know what they talk about. i took the ladies word and was once again reminded why you cant believe anybody when they want money.
