Overcharged on rental

<p>On 22 December, we rented a car from the King Shaka Airport Branch. The Consultant then cheerfully advised us that she is giving us an upgrade an no extra cost. Overall the service was good. We drove to to Ashburton , and travelled no further than PMB town. On the 24th prior to returning the car we topped the tank up at the Sasol Garage situated a short distance from the Bidvest Car Parking lot in the amount of R132,98, 12.37 litres, Pump no 3 at 15:18. The office personnel soonafter advised us to leave the car with the attendant in the parking lot. The bill received a few days later showed fuel costs, refuelling fee and an inflated mileage reading. Thinking that it was an error given the busy period I sent an email requesting them to correct the bill. I received a response from the Customer Care Manager advising that the matter is being looked. A follow up email was sent a few days later after no response was forthcoming. I have now received an email from Sinothile Zwane on 9/1/requesting that I provide a copy of the refuelling slip and that we travelled 382 kilometres and not 182.
