OUTSTANDING customer service

I recently went on a business trip to Durban and flew in late afternoon - as always I was in a rush... I was about to pull out of the parking when a ghastly thought crossed my mind - I had NO cash for the toll - not unusual for me !<br> I scrabbled around my purse and handbag (simultaneously doing a brilliant impression of a mad banshee) and managed to find a couple of coins-- one of the Bidvest gentlemen approached me to ask if I needed help.
