Non-released deposit funds on credit card by Bidvest

I hired a vehicle with bidvest on 7 February 2020 and the company withheld a deposit fee which up today those funds have not been released. Bidvest deducted its cost of hiring on 10 February 2020 on my credit card but still have not released the funds. What is this Bidves??? I will never use this company again.
