No VAT invoice
I rented a car from Bidvest PE about 3 weeks ago. I was not that impressed with the service on collection or return but even worse they billed my credit card without sending me a VAT invoice so I have no idea what the amount was for.

We do most sincerely regret that you were not impressed with our service and would have loved more detail to enable us to investigate your concerns.
Your e-mail address was unfortunately loaded as .com instead of .co.za and we will ensure a copy of your invoice is mailed to you from the office on Monday morning. We can in the interim confirm that you were billed for 4.89 litres of fuel at R62.80 plus a contract fee of R70.00, a total of R132.80.
We do regret any inconvenience caused by our error and apologise for not meeting your expectations in this regard.
