New Years ruined by Avis

<p>About 1 and half weeks ago I hired a car from Avis. I made my payment and was told that I could pick it up from or Tambo Johannesburg airport when I land. On landing i was told that they couldn't use my card because my name was not imprinted on it thus I was promised to get my deposit back. It's been over a week now and I've tried contacting them many times yet my deposit has not been paid back. Can someone please explain why I've paid for a service that wasn't provided</p>
