Never ever will I used bidvest

I hired a car lst week Thursday, the brakes were nt working properly, infct it shows that the car hs not been serviced 4 a while....I ddnt use up all the kilometers n was supposed to b refunded but nothing evn now n today dy hv debited in2 my account again, wen I call they said my money is hanging in my account
