Multiple debits going off my account.

I rented a car from Bidvest at Oribi Airport in Pietermaritzburg. Everything went smoothly until it took over a month for them to refund my deposit. I had to call them at least 2 times a day just to get some sort of assistance. Between them and the bank it is absolutely shocking how badly they handled the situation.

During the month that I was waiting for the car, I had rented another car and that car was involved in a fender bender. They charged me the difference that was required for the excess which was R5 200. 2 days later they pulled another R5 200 from my account and that was refunded after 2 weeks of me fighting with them to get it resolved.

The 1st rental was in August. The second was in Septemeber. We are now in October and guess what?? Bidvest have pulled funds from my account. For no reason. I have not rented any vehicles from them but on 01/10/2019 they pulled money from my account. I consider this theft as they are in no way authorised to pull any money from my account. When I call them to get assistance I am told that they are out of the office and can only help me when they get back to the office. It is disgusting that they can do such theft. Going in and out of my account as they please. I am now sitting with bank charges from all the money they keep pulling and no one wants to take ownership for repayment of these fees. Bank blames Bidvest, Bidvest blames the bank.
