Misleading advertising
We had the displeasure of booking our car rental with your rental company through [URL Removed] The booking depicted Polo Vivo or Similar, we were quite dismayed to find ourselves in Suzuki Alto and quite frankly disappointed.
Just before you jump to your political correct definition of similar please consider the customer experience. If you compare Polo vivo or similar to other rental companies is S.Africa you'd find the Polo in the same group as the the Hyundai I20's, kia Rios etc and the car we received was usually in lower class with Hyundai I10, Chevrolet spark and the likes .

Based on the above and the views of similar dissatisfied customers including your support staff who have to field all these inquiries on a daily bases, I find your adverti*****t quite misleading to say the very least. I'm well aware that advertising or how you run your company is not a democratic process and what I've outlined here might not even matter to you. If you have the slightest clue of what customer service is, you will initiate an action to rectify this.
There are two simple potential solutions.
1. Change your categorization, that's really a few lines of coding(trust me I know)
