Lying about costs to be paid / changing their story and then not answering their phone.

I am disgusted to say the least with Bidvest Hatfield - Cylest the sales lady at hatfield branch has an attitude towards customers over the phone. she changed her story twice and when caught out, she simply put the phone down. since when does a person rent a car through third party Carflexi and get told that the deposit is paid with them and not with bidvest car rental. then when at car rental they say the deposit is R10800 which cylest then changed to R10000 and then to "maybe i can get it lower for you" as if she is doing the customer a huge favour. She wasted my money, my time (the whole day), and hasnt even contacted me back to tell me what the situation is. Bidvest has gone down so much that I wouldnt rent a car from them even if they paid me. Disappointing!!!
