LAST MINUTE CHANGE OF PLANS BY BIDVEST

<p>So I booked and paid for a 28 Seater Luxury Bus on the 26 September 2016 for my trip taking place today the 17th February 2017, one would think a Company would do their research when they have a little under 5 months preparation time correct? BUT not Bidvest they have contacted me 2 days ago to say their BUS for safety reasons is unable to go to the Lodge so they will drop myself and my pax at the N2, Jacqui the Branch Manager has NEVER once had the decency to contact me in fact avoids calls from me or having to deal with me directly she rather has her staff contact me. We have gone so far as to send them pictures of other BUSES going down this same road along with an 8 ton truck BUT still they know better and it feels to me that it is more of a we know we have stuffed up BUT wont admit to it instead we will still have our own way attitude -if this site allowed for picture uploads I would share those too of the other BRANDED Buses of well known companies and the 8 ton truck - the lodge I refer to is Felix Unite's Round The Bend in Swellendam</p>
