Incredibly *********** staff messing around

My insurance booked a car with Bidvest Rentals. They had the misfortune of dealing with Khazamula Rivers Hlungwane who not only messed up the delivery address twice but 1) never responded to a single email addressed to him and 2) refunded the petrol deposit into my driver's account without my permission and 3) never sent me proof of refund of petrol deposit.<br> <br> I spent countless hours over 3 days trying to get hold of Khazamula and dealing with several other incredibly *********** people at Bidvest Rental. None of them has responded to my queries and I can't believe how could they get the delivery address wrong TWICE and refund the money into an unauthorised account.<br> <br> I can't believe these people receive a salary for wasting everybody's time! Where I work, they'd be fired a long time ago!
