INCREDIBLE SERVICE :)

I would just like to take the time to compliment the amazing service I received from Bidvest Car Rental staff over the passed week. We recently opened an account with Heila, who was an absolute star and so efficient! My very last minute, crazy and incredibly random requests began, for 18 vehicles to be delivered and reverse parked in a straight line etc etc. Chantelle handled these wonderfully and made sure everything ran smoothly and even had the vehicles delivered the day before to avoid any hiccups. The Rental Agents Patrick, Kabelo and Thabo were absolute champs and handled signing up 18 drivers within 10 minutes like it was no big deal and not forgetting with big, friendly smiles on their faces too. This is the kind of service that is very rare to find.
