How ironic and quite funny, if not so irritating!

I do think these guys need to re-think their current slogan "every minute counts" - I have just wasted 11.41 minutes holding on for their call centre, constantly listening to their recorded messages telling me how "every minute counts". Obviously their every minute counts - not mine, it seems!
