Horrible service

Horrible service. I rented out a car and arranged to collect it at wonderboom airport instead of menlyn. We agreed to collect the car and it should be ready by 10 am. When I get there is found no one at the office. Waited for for at least 30+ minutes. Later the Indian guy who is working for bidvest came and claimed that he was at the petrol station to fill up the car.. he then confirmed my details and pre-inspected and he was in the hurry then he told me that the car was so dirty is it okay to take it as it is we agreed to returned it on Monday the 23rd of September 2019, then signed of the car. That time I didn't realised that the car had a minor scratch on the left hand side mirror and they were trying to repaint it with the same colour. So they requested me to sign an incident form. The lady was so ridea that I requested a proper investigation.

It's wrong this people are robbing us, I am very much dissapointed :(
