Gruesome service

It's funny how Bidvest Car Rental comfortable took my money while my issue hasn't been resolved, how do you call that?

Customer services advised on e-mail someone from senior management would contact me but 3 days has passed without any communication from anybody.

My credit card has been billed but I'm left despondent as to how this has been handles. Very pathetic service, sadly this is happening for the second time.
