Great Turnaround time
Good Afternoon,<br> <br> I have recently complained about the service I received from Bidvest Car Rental. I would like to commend Renette Van Der Merwe, the National Customer Service Manager, on the great feedback I got from Renette. She really changed my perception on Bidvest. She was really thorough in her explanations on her feedback to me.
