GREAT SERVICE
On Wednesday 25 Feb 2015 I went to collect the rental vehicle that my insurance arrange. Upon my arrival was I met by Mr Sabastian Henry from Budget/Bidvest Car rental Hatfield Pretoria. Mr Henry was very helpful and professional and everything was arrange and sorted. As I introduced myself he informed me that he was expecting me. All paper work was in place and I was ready to go within 5minutes. He also informed me that he was aware that I requested a sedan vehicle but that only a hatchback is available. He advise me to use this vehicle till he will find me a sedan as soon as possible due to the fact that all sedan vehicles are currently fully booked. He was very helpful in this regard. He is an asset to the company with his professionalism and kindness.
