Getting ********** with Bidvest Car Rental> Durban City Centre Branch(108 Bram Ficher Road)

I have rented a car(VW Vivo) from Bidvest Car Rental > Durban City Centre Branch(108 Bram Ficher Road). Spoke to Nikki White

I receive the car on a full tank of fuel and the KM was 7339 before driving the vehicle. i had the car for a week and before dropping of the car,

I went to the garage to fill the tank which came to R360(22.5l) and before filling the tank, i had just over half a tank of fuel(+/-25L). Remember this car has a 45L tank. So the fuel i filled up does match up to the tank capacity.

So when i dropped off the car at the panel beater, the KM was 7789(roughly did 450km). So to work out the consumption is 22.5L/450KM * 100 = 5L/100km consumption which is avg on a vivo

So when they picked the car up from the panelbeater, i was then charged an additional R325(20L) for fuel. When i phoned and spoke to Nikki White and told that thats what they filled up after they picked up the car.

To be honest the litres doesnt match up and i am NOThappy at all as they fill an extra 20L into the 45L car. So in total they have filled over 65L of fuel.

Please dont ever use Bidvest Car Rental > Durban City Centre Branch(108 Bram Ficher Road) cause you going to have the same problem as me...
