GC45051F01 - Extremely poor service from Bidvest Car Rental and request for refund for the extra day that I was unfairly billed.

Good day Sir/Madam,

This serves has a grievance for the service that I received from Bidvest Car Rental and a request a refund for the extra day that I was unfairly billed.

On the 25th of October 2018 I rented a vehicle for 1 day then later that day I extended it for 2 days which is a total of 3 days .

The initial agreed returned date and time that I signed up for was ***h45 therefore the extend would be up until 28 October 2018 13h45.

I made sure that I returned the vehicle on time, at my greatest surprise I was billed for 4 days under pretext that I exceeded the return time,

How can I exceed the return time whilst the contract clearly says that the agreed return time is 13h45 and I returned the vehicle before that time?

Please I want a refund of R273-00 for the extra day that I was unfairly billed.
