********** Activity at Bidvest Randburg

I hired a Car from Bidvest in 2017 and never got my R6200 deposit back.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after contacting my bank. No money traces from the company were found on their sides of money coming in or out. I went back in June 2018 and hired a car for 2 weeks. During this car hire, it was made known to me that my previous transaction with the company was marked as 'cancelled'. This is not true as i never cancelled anything. My deposit at the time led to a total of just under R10,000. this amount was never returned to my account. I then found out that one of the people assisting me had been fired on account of *****. Bidvest stole my money and did not do anything about it afterwards! i decided to let this go.

On my Second car hire, AGAIN, my money was not refunded (R10427) and the bank has no trace of it. I'm LIVID as my money has been ****** and no body from the company has taken any accountability or explained anything other than "please contact your bank'. I have called several times and in my case, i am being forced to take the legal route.

There is ********** activity taking place in the Randburg office and do not advise anyone to use them. Especially Debit card holders.
