Extra mile
A great attitude and extra mile of Henning (Menlyn Branch) who made sure that he goes an extra mile in convincing the CBD branch( after they had given me a tough time) to help in exchanging a rented car from Witbank .<br> <br> The great customer service is appreciated as he made sure he called CBD, gave me proper directions so I make it on time for my meeting. <br> <br> I hope you will give other customers such great service so they stick with Bidvest car rental.
