Excellent service rendered by agent and manager
Client was stuck, with his car being towed to the dealer and we arranged for a rental with the agency.<br> As per protocol they were to close at 17:30 but the agent (Nomsa)gave me her managers (Johan) number and I must say some people are not put in management by mishap. They truly know what their duties are and he gave the benefit of the doubt and extended his arm of gratitude.<br> <br> I thank the team of the Emalahleni Budget Rental agency and may they keep up with the good work they so graciously do.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Onassis<br> <br> BMW-On-Call<br> ***
