excellent and efficient service

I would like to commend Genevieve for the excellent service she provided me with. I called to inquire about a specific reservation and even though it was not an arrangement for your branch (and I anticipated calling another branch and having to jump through loops for information), Genevieve on her own accord furnished me with ALL the information I required. Clearly she has an overall knowledge and understanding of the business as a whole as I have never spoken to a Bidvest consultant that has offered to go out of there way especially because it was not her responsibility. I would usually be instructed to call the relevant branch and find out from them.
