Every second does NOT count

I am so frustrated. The website hasnt been working for 3 days now. I even phoned head office to report it. Ive been a loyal supporter of bidvest car rental. I have 2 bookings i wanted to make. Now i feel put off. Maybe i should take my business elsewhere every second counts? Not at bidvest car rental
