Dubious business behaviour

Just a warning to NEVER rent a car from Bidvest Car Rental. For the following reasons:

1) They put an amount on my invoice and called it 'unspecified' and when I asked them what this was for and whether they could show me proof; i.e. a receipt for this cost they could not do so and when I pushed them on it they took it off the invoice and refunded the money. How dubious is that! Had I not asked them about it, I would've ended up paying for this strange amount.

2) When I dropped off the car and asked to see the invoice of what I owed the consultants at the car rental place refused to do so even though they had all amounts in front of them. They simply would not disclose the amounts with me.

3) I also received completely contradictory information from various consultants, which just shows they do not have a standard procedure for many things or at least that their customer facing consultants do not know what these are.

4) Some consultants were also very rude to me when we needed to sort out an issue.

Will most certainly never rent from them again.
