Double charged
<p>I booked a car online .The agent asked my banking details and an amount was debited from my account.After I returned the car another amount was debited again for car rental.</p>
The charge debited by Bidvest Car Rental at the end of the rental relates to the R80.00 contract fee that is not covered by Rentalcars.com and clearly advised in the terms and conditions. Should you require a copy of the invoice kindly contact us at *** and we will forward same to you.
