Disgustingly Handled
I signed an acknowledgement of debt on 11/12/2014 due to repairs having been done. I spoke to Chivas and sent him a mail on the same day ASKING for banking details in order to do an EFT of R500 in December and thereafter R500 every month until the amount was paid up. He assured me that Head Office would give me a call with the banking details. I phoned the branch throughout December in order to obtain banking details with no luck! I received a call on 27/2/2015 from AG &
