Disappointed Bidvest Stafff

I am appalled by the service received by the Midrand Grand central branch. I booked a car via Drive South Africa to collect at 2pm. Upon arrival at the branch there was no one to assist but a piece of paper with numbers. I called the number and Donald on the other line said he’s out on collections and unable to assist. When he eventually arrives. The car I booked is unavailable and only Mercs are available. I was not happy with his non chalant un urgent attitude.
