DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED 2 WEEKS LATER!!

During my visit to South Africa i had on numerous occasions hired cars from the Bidvest Car rental branch in fourways and despite my booked car never being ready for collection and sometimes even having to take a dirty car because this branch was so unprepared i chose to look past all of that. The last car i had hired was returned on the 12th of October with the usual promise that my deposit would be paid within 24 hours. I made it very clear to both gentlemen that work in the front office that i do not live in South Africa. On the 18th of October, a week later, i emailed the office to query the release of my deposit to which i got a reply that they had been trying to contact me regarding a boot cover and its whereabouts. This was the first i had heard of a boot cover having gone missing as my vehicle was checked upon returning it to the branch by both myself and the staff member and everything was in order. It is now the 21st and i have not gotten a reply to my email where i stated that i am unaware of any issues regarding a boot cover as this was never discussed with me upon retuning my car. I am so dishearten that despite all the chances i have given Bidvest i am continually reminded that this company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I urge them to please release my deposit that i rightfully owed to me.
