Deposit not refunded
I hired a car from Bidvest rental for the period 17th of December 2015 to the 6th of January 2016, the total deposit has not been paid in full. <br> <br> I hired another vehicle on the 19th to the 20th of January, I still have not been refunded my deposit. I am getting gatvol with this Bidvest Car Rental company, every time I enquiry about my deposit refund the Bidvest consultant tells me to contact my bank. I have been taken from pillar to post with no solution. The worst thing is Bidvest car rental has already debited my account with what was due to them. <br> <br> My first experience of hiring a car is just a nightmare because of Bidvest car rental.

We want to once again assure you that we do not debit your account upfront and therefore there is no deposit that has to be \paid\" back. The initial amount is reserved from your available funds on your credit card account and released once the final amount has been determined and debited. The last transaction concluded on the 20th and the authorisation was cancelled this morning.
