My business rented a car at bidvest on the 8th of December. The first car we took gave us problems so we could not drive with it. We called in the Monday and they told us to take it to the airport, we took it there and they gave us a new vehicle with an etag that's not working. They even gave us less kilometers for driving so far. Never the less when we came back in the middle of the morning an impala ran into us and only demages the bumper on the driver side and it was not that much off a damaged that we can be billed so much
