damage to my vehicle unsettled by budget

My wife who is insured was driving my toyota yaris away from work waited at a red robot and proceeded through a green light was side swiped by a budget car rental vehicle whose client skipped the red robot.<br> We had taken all the details down and contacted budget car rental to get the process going we gave them 3 quotations a accident report number a sketch and description of what had happened.They said they were going to had it over to there claims department which is digicall.This happened in February 2015 it has now gone 8 months and nobody had responded to me regarding the incident abd to arrange for my vehicle to be repaired.<br> I managed to get hold of a person named Candice Lockyear in the claims department and she told me to send the documents to her which I did.They then send me a harsh email saying it was not there fault and i need to get a witness reminder this was 8 months ago.I have stated in that email i do not have a witness and until today nobody has contacted me and my vehicle is still damaged I urge people not to use them as they will **** you as they have ****med me.terrible service by digicall and Candice.i will be contacting my attorneys in this matter <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Budget Rent A Car to Bidvest Car Rental by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
