Car rental deposit

June 8 2020 my insurance rented a vehicle on my behalf with the above mentioned rental company, I paid 1500 deposit which is refundable the day i collected the rental which was supposed to be after 7 working days after termination of the rental,

June 22 i received a call from the panel beater that my car is ready for collection, received an sms from the Rental that i need to return the vehicle before the 23rd,

I notified the rental company that i am going to collect my vehicle at the panel beaters around 14H00 so can their driver collect the vehicle there, an agent advised me to drop off the keys at the panel beaters reception the driver will collect the vehicle. 25th June an amount of 209 was debited from my account statement showing fuel and e-toll costs, sent emails requesting clarification with regards to rental deposit,till this day i have not received communication from the rental vehicle with regards to my rental deposit.
