Hired a car from Bidvest, and my wife forgot her phone inside the car when we dropped it of at OR Tambo. The find my phone location shows that the phone was at the airport and switched off at their fleet parking in Kempton Park where they took the car we hired. When we called Bidvest after landing in Durban the supervisor at the fleet parking went to look for the phone, told my wife to call it so he can locate it, then next thing the phone is switched off at 50% battery level and they claim the phone is not there.
