Bidvest ROCKS!

I made a booking with Bidvest for collection on the 6th of December to the 17th. I then needed to extend my rental but had no immediate funds on my account for the extension due to an emergency and had to first contact my banker to release funds from my 32day notice to my immediate account. I was dealing with two very understanding and friendly ladies from the O.R Tambo International Airport branch, Zama and her manager Chantelle (hope the spelling is correct) who made sure that the service rendered was nothing short of humanity-packed perfection. When I arrived at the airport, returning a car now from a competing brand, I passed by Chantelle and laid out my other then emergency,. She so kindly rushed to make sure the authorisation for my deposit was sent through and my money was in my account in less than an hour. Unlike the two previous competing brands that I have been exposed to with the "it can't be done" mentality, Bidvest still scores my number 1 and I have used them a few times with no complaints. Thanks to Zama and Chantelle. I hope the brand realizes their efforts. They really came through for me. Bidvest, you rock! 5 stars times a hundred. Deserved!
